Payment Terms and Legal Conditions
Payment Terms
To confirm a transport booking, a 50% deposit of the total service value is required. The vehicle reservation for the requested date and time will only be confirmed once this deposit has been received. The remaining 50% may be settled on the day of the service, either prior to departure or upon completion of the transfer.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice: Payment of the remaining balance will not be required.
- Advance Deposit: The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable, as it is used to secure the vehicle and guarantee availability exclusively for your service.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the service: 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
Booking Changes
Requests for changes to the date or time may be made in advance and will be subject to operational availability, vehicle type, and logistics already committed for the requested date.
